Responsibilities:
– Evaluating business processes, anticipating
requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
– Analyzing customer requirements and building
workflow process using Kelsa
– Performing client requirements analysis.
– Documenting and communicating the results of the analysis
– Effectively communicating the agreed requirements with the customer
– Working closely with clients, tech teams, and management staff
– Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
– Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

– Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
