Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the customer base by generating leads, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting Kelsa’s business interests. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and training sales staff to ensure they meet performance goals.Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks (such as Laravel, CI4, etc depending on your technology stack).
  • Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP.
  • Understanding of MVC design patterns.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming.
  • Understanding accessibility and security compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions.
  • User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
  • Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
  • Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.

Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with SQL databases and their declarative query languages
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

Responsibilities:

– Evaluating business processes, anticipating

requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

– Analyzing customer requirements and building

workflow process using Kelsa

– Performing client requirements analysis.

– Documenting and communicating the results of the analysis

– Effectively communicating the agreed requirements with the customer

– Working closely with clients, tech teams, and management staff

– Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements

– Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

 

Required Skills:

– Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

– Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

– Ability to learn and adopt new tools and processes
